Cut it Out - Spring/Summer 2013

Sorry about the radio silence yesterday guys and dolls, it was Christmas after all! Anyways, Spring 2013 seems to be a time for subtle exposure in fashion. Not only is there sheer fabrics, but garment designs reveal patches of skin at the waist, chest and everywhere else. It is apparent that cutouts are going to be the definition of sex appeal the Spring.

This trend really demonstrates technical design and patternmaking at it's best. It has inspired me to revert to the high fashion aesthetic and I plan on showcasing more unique and elaborate designs this Spring!
